We know that seeing your balance go up is a great feeling, so if you are wondering when your points will show up, we get it. You will see points for an order in your account as soon as it ships out of our warehouse.

If you decide that an item is just not right for you, that is not a problem. Just use our easy return process to send an item back. Your points will be removed when your refund is processed.

Simply log into your account and add all of the amazing Quikflips that you would like to purchase to your cart. During checkout, you will see a dropdown menu just above the "Gift card or discount code" field. Select the Reward amount that you would like to redeem, and click "Apply". Easy!

Discounts are not eligible on shipping fees or taxes. If you are not signed in with your Team Quikflip VIP Rewards account, you will not see this dropdown option at Checkout.

We know that we don't always have what you are looking for, especially with the current supply chain issues, so we give you one year from when points are earned before they expire.

Points are earned on the account associated with the email used at checkout. When placing an order, be sure to use the same email each time to maximixe your earnings.

By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

DEFINED TERMS

Referrer: A “Referrer” is a real person who refers friends. To participate as Referrer, visit quikflipapparel.com/referral or quikflipapparel.com/rewards and follow the on screen instructions to refer others to the website. There is no limit to the amount of real people you may refer. For every “Qualified Referral” (defined below), a Referrer may be eligible to receive “Referral Reward(s)” (also defined below).

Qualified Referral: A “Qualified Referral” occurs when the following conditions are met:

• A purchase made at quikflipapparel.com by a “Referred Customer” who uses the Referrer’s personal Referral Program link (embedded into the email, Twitter, or Facebook invitation) to arrive at our website; and
• The Referred Customer makes a “Qualifying Purchase.” A “Qualifying Purchase” means the Referred Customer’s first purchase on the website totaling over $39.95 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping charges, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other third party fees, and not including gift card purchases, and which purchase is not returned or cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Referred customer will receive $10 to spend towards purchase at quikflipapparel.com.

Referral Rewards: The Referrer shall receive one (1) Referral Reward single use code to use toward future purchases at quikflipapparel.com for each valid and verified Qualified Referral generated by that Referrer.

Referral Link: a personalized referral link, provided to you by Quikflip Apparel.

About Our Referral Program

How to Earn a Referrer Reward: To qualify for a Referral Credit, you must (i) refer only valid Referred Customers (ii) the Referred Customer must place an order using your Referral Link with a subtotal that is greater than $39.95 before their Referral Credit is applied.

Referral Reward Exclusions: Each Referral Reward is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Referral Reward, and responsible for any shipping charges. Referral Rewards may be redeemed on quikflipapparel.com only, cannot be redeemed in stores, and may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or toward the purchase of gift cards or apparel. In the event a Referred Customer returns a purchased item relating to the Quikflip Apparel Referral Program, the associated Referral Reward awarded to the Referred will be rescinded.

Following the Rules

Quikflip Apparel reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Reward that violates the Quikflip Apparel Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a Referral Link via commercial advertising or spam. Quikflip Apparel may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.

Referrers should only invite a friend after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Quikflip Apparel Referral Program. Quikflip Apparel automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Quikflip Apparel's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Quikflip Apparel's sole discretion.

Quikflip Apparel employees are eligible to share their Referral Link with Referred Customers, however, employees will not earn any Referrer Reward.

Privacy

By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referring Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer who provided the Referral Link as confirmation of the Referring Customer making a purchase and the Referrer receiving a Referrer Reward. Accordingly, Quikflip Apparel strongly advises that Referring Customers only use a Referral Link that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of Quikflip Apparel's Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in accordance with Quikflip Apparel's Privacy Policy.

Right to Close Accounts

Quikflip Apparel is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations. Quikflip Apparel reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Quikflip Apparel's Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of Quikflip Apparel’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Discount is verified.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Quikflip Apparel reserves the right to cancel the Quikflip Apparel Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The Quikflip Apparel Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Quikflip Apparel’s sole discretion. All Referral Rewards will expire 1 year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise notified by Quikflip Apparel.
