Can I make a change to my order?

We take a lot of pride in how fast our fulfillment team moves—usually, that’s a great thing! However, it does mean the window to make changes is very small.

If your order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse yet, we can usually catch it to make an update or cancellation. Once it has entered the fulfillment stage, it’s officially "on the move" and we can no longer modify it.

If it’s already shipped, don't worry! We offer easy exchanges and will even cover the return shipping for domestic US orders. You can start an exchange here.

Is there a warranty on my Quikflip?

We stand behind everything we build. Because apparel is subject to the adventures of everyday life, we don't offer a multi-year warranty; instead, we focus on a rock-solid 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

We want you to inspect your gear as soon as it arrives. If you notice anything that isn’t up to our high standards within the first 30 days, reach out to us! Our support team is here to ensure that every Quikflip you own is ready for action.

How do I find the right size for me?

We want everything to fit perfectly for you, so please find a size chart on the product page of the hoodie you're interested in.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

If your Quikflip gear doesn't instantly become your favorite in terms of fabric, fit, and function, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Please Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been laundered, show visible signs of wear, or have been tampered with. Any items returned in a condition other than what was originally purchased will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I make a Return or Exchange?

For domestic orders, we make it easy:

  1. Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code.
  2. Follow the guided steps to select your return or exchange.
  3. Print your prepaid label and drop it in the mail!

How does the women's fit differ from the unisex fit?

Our women’s fit is designed for those who prefer a slimmer, more contoured look. We’ve kept the patented Quikflip tech but added details like integrated thumb holes and the lightweight, breathable fleece found in our Lite collection.

Finding your size: If you’re used to our unisex sizing, please keep in mind the women’s cut is more snug. We suggest sizing up one full size from your usual Quikflip unisex size.

Can I find Quikflip Apparel in retail stores?

To ensure we provide the best possible service and the widest selection of styles, Quikflip is available exclusively through our official online store at QuikflipApparel.com and select authorized distributors. We do not currently offer our products in traditional brick-and-mortar retail stores.

Are customs costs included in international shipping prices?

All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the country's national laws. Depending on your country's customs policies, duties and taxes may be assessed at the time of checkout, and are reflected in your shipping costs.

Please note: Any shipping charges incurred on rejected packages will be billed to the customer.

How long should I expect to wait for the most dynamic sweatshirt on the planet?

We process orders Monday through Friday, and aim to send out all orders the same day when received before noon PST, and all other orders by the next business day.

Due to high demand during sales time or holiday seasons, please allow for longer than normal shipping & processing times.

Shipping times are listed alongside each shipping method listed at checkout, and are from the date your order is shipped. For example: if you place your order on a Tuesday at 2:15 PM PST and choose "2-3 Day Express" shipping at checkout, your order will ship by Wednesday and take 2-3 days from then.

We know how hard waiting is, so you will receive an email with your tracking info on the day your order ships, so you can keep tabs on where it's at. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it, reach out to us at support@quikflipapparel.com.
