Customer Support: Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday, and aim to send out all orders the same day when received before noon pacific time, and all other orders by the next business day.

Due to high demand during sales time or holiday seasons, please allow for longer than normal shipping & processing times.

Shipping times are listed along side each shipping method listed at checkout, and are from the date your order is shipped. For example: if you place your order on a Tuesday at 2:15 PM PST and choose "2-3 Day Express" shipping at checkout, your order will ship by Wednesday and take 2-3 days from then. 

We know how hard waiting is, so you will receive an email with your tracking info on the day your order ships, so you can keep tabs on where it's at. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it reach out to us at support@quikflipapparel.com.

We offer free shipping to all locations in the US. In addition, you may select from various USPS and FedEX shipping methods, each of which is priced based upon the weight of the order and the delivery location.

You may also choose Free Local Pickup to pickup your order at the Gracie University of Jiu-Jitsu in Torrance, CA.

Customers in US Territories get free shipping on orders over $100 and discounted shipping on all other orders.

International customers can select from a number of paid shipping options.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with your country's national laws. Depending on your country's customs policies, duties and taxes may be assessed at the time of check out, and are reflected in your shipping costs.

Please note: Any shipping charges incurred on rejected packages will be billed to the customer.

Absolutely! You'll see options for all shipping destinations once you get to the shipping page at checkout. If you have any issues entering your address, email us at support@quikflipapparel.com and we will make sure that we process your order immediately.

While super rare, sometimes USPS and FedEx (our two carriers) get delayed or forget to scan a package at one of their stops. If you are looking at your tracking info and see a delay or that it isn't updating, feel free to email us at support@quikflipapparel.com. In most instances, packages are still delivered on time or with only a minor delay. 

You can schedule a re-delivery with USPS or FedEx. You can also pick the package up from one of their pickup locations.
