It's typically a great thing when you place an order and it's shipped quickly -- that is until you want to make a change! Our ability to change your order before it ships is very dependent on timing. So if your order hasn't processed through our system we should be able to catch it and cancel and/or replace your order.
But if it's already gone, it's gone, and we unfortunately can't stop it. We can definitely do an exchange and will even pay for the return shipping of the products that you want to change (US orders only). Keep reading on for directions on how to process an exchange.
If your Quikflip Apparel garment doesn't instantly become your favorite and most functional sweatshirt, send it back within 30 days from the date of delivery and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. If your Quikflip Apparel garment doesn't fit exactly the way you want it, send it back and we'll swap it out for a better size or we'll issue a full refund. We will even cover the cost of return shipping for all domestic orders.
